Downstairs there are three single bedrooms and a twin bedroom.

The ground floor is accessible by wheelchair and one bedroom and one toilet/shower room are suitable for one wheelchair user.
The main downstairs living area is open plan with dining area, sitting area and a self-catering kitchen. All cooking and eating utensils are provided. There is a log burning fire for use in the winter months.
The kitchen leads out to an enclosed paved garden area with herbs, flowers and a BBQ and there is a Childrens' Adventure Playground nearby.
